Enjoy this newly renovated studio condo, directly on East Bay with a heated pool! This condo was renovated in 2023 and not a detail was left out, making this a comfortable, yet stylish space while visiting Traverse City. Hang out on the patio while enjoying the water views. Play on the large sandy beach. Enjoy the waterfront, complex pool right out the door! The studio sleeps 4, with a King size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. A tiled walk in shower and kitchenette complete the space.

Good to know

This Easy Bay studio condo was completely renovated in 2023 with guests in mind. The complex offers a heated pool for your use in the summer months. It also gives you access to the large beach that is maintained daily. Beach chairs and sand toys provided. Make a bonfire in one of the fire pits and make some s'mores! The kitchenette offers a large fridge, dishwasher, full sink, electric hot plate for cooking, and is fully stocked for your use. We supply a full coffee bar with coffee, cream, and sugar. Relax in the king size bed while picking out your favorite show on the Frame TV. Cable is provided and you have access to log into any of your favorite streaming services. The large bathroom offers a walk in tile shower and large vanity. Shampoo, conditioner, bar soaps, q-tips, cotton balls, and even hair ties are supplied. Have more than two people? Open up the new pull out queen size couch. All bedding and pillows are provided as well. Spend free time hanging out on the patio. Perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset. This condo is located on the second floor. There is an elevator for your use.

We loved our trip to TC and TwoBayStay made it that much better! From the grocery delivery service (which we had arrive before we even checked in!) to the great location and expertly designed space, we found it to be incredibly comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. As a mom, I especially loved all the hooks to put wet towels, swimsuits and bags - made drying that much quicker! We didn’t walk anywhere (young kids), but the location is VERY walkable. We loved the Pirates Adventure Park with the kids and Smoke & Porter Public House for dinner. Woodland Sweets was a great spot to grab Moomers ice cream without the long line and we enjoyed the Tall Ships sailboat and ice cream sail along with the Wheels on Rails bike ride on a discontinued train track. The pool and lake were wonderful and we enjoyed how shallow the lake was for the kids to splash around. It’s a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown Front Street, which was a fun afternoon out shopping. We highly recommend TC and Kara’s place!

Kara’s place was perfect! My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Very comfortable and clean place, had everything that we needed. From the views and close to everything that we wanted to see. Definitely hope to be back soon!

Kara's place offered amazing views of the bay and was super clean with high end furnishings/designs that truly make you feel like you're getting away from the city for a great mental/physical reset. Will absolutely be booking here again next time I am in town.

Everything about this place was exactly what I had hoped for! The place was beautiful, and the view from the balcony was awesome, even in April when it’s pretty cold in Michigan still. You can tell the host really thought of everything and provided everything you could possibly need. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The view is amazing! This was my first time visiting traverse city & the scenery was so much more than I could have expected. The staff at the resort were friendly & so kind. This condo was absolutely stunning! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend and we loved it. The view was so beautiful and peaceful. The condo was very clean and had so many amenities for us to use. The host was very kind and always responded to our messages quickly. The location of the condo was perfect. Very close to downtown and all of the best restaurants/wineries. We will definitely be coming back.
