Pool open to mid September Welcome to one of Traverse City's only condos with direct water-frontage and a pool/hot tub! This one bedroom condo has unobstructed views of East Bay. Step out of the building and be directly on the beach! This area of East Bay offers a long stretch of beach to walk if desired. A pool is also just steps away with a hot tub to relax in after a long day exploring the area! (Pool is TYPICALLY open Memorial-October 1 ) After spending all day outside, come home to a new King bed. The room has blackout shades for those that like to sleep in. In the large family room, there is a pullout queen mattress for an additional 2 people to sleep in. Bathroom is brand new in July 2023, dual head luxury shower along with large capacity washer and dryer. Enjoy the amazing views from your private patio, with comfortable seating and a kiddo sized table if you are traveling with little ones. Family friendly: Beach towels, sunscreen, sand toys, beach quilt, books, toys, and Disney+! Parents, pack less and relax more! Central location! The condo is surrounded by multiple places to eat and drink! Walk directly across the street to Cup of Joe Coffee to start the morning or Hopscotch Tap room for a refreshing beer and meal to end the day. Just minutes to Front Street or head north east to Elk Rapids and explore this quaint town with shopping, eating, and Short Brewing!
