This was a perfect condo for a weekend showing at Flinteifelds! I brought my dogs and we enjoyed walking the TART trail right out the back of the building. Everything was simple and easy and I would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Elm House in Sutton's Bay. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We were impressed by how clean it was, as well as how stocked it was. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the use of the garage and opener which made it easier to come and go, as well as store our bikes and coolers. Although we weren't traveling with kids, we enjoyed the games just as much. Fun to have something to do after exploring all day. The location was perfect. We were able to explore all of the other small towns as well as Sleeping Bear Dunes. Sutton's Bay is very walkable with incredible shops, bakery, restaurant, and fudge/chocolate shop, in addition to very friendly locals and shop owners. Will definitely return.

Beautiful clean well equipped condo. The location was perfect being steps away from everything yet was quiet inside condo. Very easy access to bike trails and bay/ beach. Perfect stay!

One of our favorite Airbnb’s to date! Space was immaculate, wonderful location and provided parking was a game changer! Would highly recommend a stay, you won’t be disappointed!

Had a great time here! The apartment was very clean, had excellent amenities, and the fact that it was pet friendly with a trail immediately next to the apartment building was perfect for us. We loved the binder with local suggestions. Can't wait to come back to Traverse City, and would happily stay here again!

One of our favourite places we've stayed. The home was spotless and had very thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as well as baking. The location was great for beaches, dunes, Sutton's Bay and Traverse City. Our kids had fun in the playroom and running around outside. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. We will definitely be making a return trip.

Great hosts and condo. Perfect for our family of 3. We took our bikes and were able to access the TART and even the Lelannau trail very easily from the condo. The hosts are very thoughtful, and the condo is well organized and well stocked. I’d stay here again in a second.

Phenomenal! The condo was perfect and location wonderful! We squeezed a lot into 5 days and had some amazing excursions daily. We did a lot of walking and bike riding which was so nice. Some baskets for the bikes would be a treat but absolutely not a necessity.

My family of 4 stayed here and we loved it. Super easy access, extremely clean, and very welcoming feel. I would highly recommend for a couple or a family with 2 children.
