I was satisfied with the space provided. It was small but had all the comforts we needed. The shower was impressive! We liked the memory foam mattress as well. The kitchen was modern and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee because I forgot to pack the bean grinder. What I appreciated the most was when my plans fell through, I was faced with losing my deposit and Kara allowed me to reschedule. I was very relieved and grateful. We had a wonderful weekend cross-country skiing and enjoying the upscale restaurants in Traverse.

This is a truly beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked, linens and towels were high quality, and the designer nature of each and every space made our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We especially loved the big dining room table for family meals and board games, and all of the beautiful tropical houseplants! The kids also loved the little built in playhouse in one of the upper bedrooms. The home was very private and quiet with a lovely wooded setting. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a fantastic stay for our family! The gorgeous photos matched our experience! We had almost 20 inches of snow throughout the week, and Kara was helpful in communicating when the driveway would be plowed. Because of the weather, we ended up staying in for more of our week, and the house had plenty of spaces for everyone to curl up and enjoy the gorgeous trees and snow! We loved the game room and would love to stay at The Nest again in the future! I don't think I've ever seen more kitchen appliances available in a rental, which was awesome. Loved having a crockpot and nicer coffee grinder!

This is an amazing place to stay. Kara thought of everything that vacationers may need at her home. The home is decorated perfectly and they offered lots of games and other activities to do inside the house as well. The place was squeaky clean and I would highly recommend staying at her place. We will definitely try to come back.

I have stayed in a number of rental properties, but nothing as spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and cozy as this one. So much attention to went into making guests comfortable - the hosts went above and beyond. My mom, sisters and I were impressed. I can't say enough good things about this house. It made for the perfect weekend getaway! Will definitely be renting from Kara and Alexa again. Highly recommend.

Kara helped us throughout our stay, was very responsive and understanding. The place was cozy and clean, very close to restaurants, bars, and the downtown area. We were very comfortable thanks to our amazing host!

We stayed at the Nest over thanksgiving and we had a very pleasant vacation. The kitchen was perfectly equipped to cook a big family meal. We didn’t see our kids much as they spent all their time in the amazing playroom (a whole level!) or playing in the snow in the beautiful garden. This house is truly made for families, especially with younger kids. All the baby gear is provided so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything. The views from the top floor on the snowy forest made everything magical. Kara is a great host, she really thought about all the details and was very responsive. She was flexible with the check in time and made thoughtful recommendations on what to do in the area. Highly recommend!

This condo was so beautiful and very clean! Everything was provided as expected, and the whole place has been renovated and updated. They utilized every space possible without it feeling cluttered. Great weekend stay.

My friends and I absolutely loved our time staying at Kara’s Airbnb. It was the perfect setting for our girls getaway trip. Comfy beds, spacious living room and it was fun to cook in the kitchen! The setting was serene and we had a fabulous time. Will definitely book again!

Easy check in, great layout. Lots of people in the building my age, easy to exit on foot or by car. My dog felt comfortable and we’re staying again soon! Great communication from hosts.
